Sinner Buns Refund Policy

Because Sinner Buns products are made fresh to order and prepared specifically for your pickup time, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

Once an order is placed, it is immediately added to our production schedule and ingredients/labor are allocated. For that reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Cancellations & Changes

  • We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

  • If you need to make a change to your pickup time, please contact us as early as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but changes are not guaranteed.

Missed Pickups

  • Orders must be picked up during the selected pickup window.

  • We offer a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled pickup time.

  • If you miss your pickup window, your order may be discarded due to food handling and quality standards.

  • No refunds or replacements will be provided for missed or abandoned pickups.

Last-Minute Orders

Orders placed close to the pickup time (or during limited availability drops) reserve production capacity that may prevent another customer from ordering. Because of this, we reserve the right to deny refunds for last-minute orders under any circumstances.

Wrong Address / Customer Error

Please double-check your pickup details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders missed due to:

  • incorrect pickup time selection

  • failure to read pickup instructions

  • failure to respond to order communications

Quality Issues

If there is an issue with your order (wrong item or damaged product), please contact us within 2 hours of pickup with your order number and photos. We’ll review and, if verified, may offer a store credit at our discretion (no cash refunds).
