Terms & Conditions

PICK-UP & MISSED PICK-UP POLICY

Please read carefully before placing your order. When you complete checkout, you acknowledge and accept the policies below.

1. Pick-Up Days & Time Slots

  • All orders are baked fresh for your specific pick-up day and time slot.

  • You select your pick-up time at checkout. This is the window when your order is prepared and held just for you.

2. 15-Minute Grace Period

  • We offer a 15-minute grace period after your selected pick-up time.

  • If you arrive within those 15 minutes, your order will be waiting for you as scheduled.

3. If You’re Running Late

  • Life happens — we get it! If you know you’ll be late, you must contact us before your pick-up time or within the 15-minute grace period.

  • If you reach out on time, and our schedule allows, we will do our best to:

    • Hold your order for a later same-day pick-up, or

    • Work out an alternative solution, if possible.

  • Without communication, your order may be discarded once it is outside the safe holding window.

4. Missed Pick-Up (No-Show / No-Call)

A missed pick-up is when:

  • You do not arrive within your selected time + 15-minute grace period, and

  • You do not contact us within that time frame.

In this case:

  • Your order has already been baked and prepared just for you.

  • Because our products are perishable and made to order, they cannot be re-sold.

  • Once the holding window has passed, your order is discarded for food safety and quality reasons.

5. Refunds & Replacements

  • No refunds, re-bakes, or transfers to another date are available for missed pick-ups (no-show / no-call).

  • The work, ingredients, and time have already gone into your order, and it has been prepared specifically for you.

6. Weather & Other Circumstances

  • We understand that weather and traffic can make things challenging, but they do not automatically qualify for a refund or free replacement.

  • As long as you contact us before or during your pick-up window, we will try to assist with a solution when possible.

  • If we don’t hear from you until after your window and grace period have passed, the missed pick-up policy above applies.

7. Courtesy Discounts

  • On rare occasions and at our discretion only, we may offer a courtesy discount (e.g., 15% off a future order) as a gesture of goodwill.

  • This is not guaranteed and does not replace the no-refund policy for missed pick-ups.

8. Why We’re Strict About This

  • Our buns are baked to order, using real ingredients and a lot of labor and love.

  • A missed pick-up means product, time, and ingredients are lost and cannot be recovered.

  • These policies help us respect our team’s work and keep prices fair for everyone.

9. Last-Minute Orders & Limited Spots

  • Some pick-up days and time slots have limited capacity. When they’re full, we cannot accept more orders.

  • Orders placed within 24 hours of your selected pick-up time are considered last-minute orders.

  • Last-minute orders may take the place of another potential order, and we often start production immediately.

For this reason:

  • We reserve the right not to issue a refund for last-minute orders under any circumstances, including change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or forgetting to pick up.

  • By placing a last-minute order, you acknowledge that you are taking one of our limited production spots and agree that the sale is final.
